Simplifying Healthcare Operations

The e-learning initiative of ORDZ is centered around simplifying healthcare processes, enhancing job satisfaction, and freeing up more time for client or patient care by reducing bureaucratic burden. Participants in this course will acquire skills to minimize bureaucracy within their healthcare institutions, promoting efficiency and allowing for greater focus on direct care responsibilities.

Our approach includes diverse learning methods such as concise videos, interactive modules, and reflective assignments, all aimed at applying best practices and contextualizing knowledge effectively. Through the integration of Mayer’s 12 multimedia principles, the development of our educational content ensures an optimal learning experience tailored to empower healthcare professionals to achieve significant improvements in their work environments.

Specialist in accessibility, usability and inclusivity

At Elevate, we played a pivotal role in this project through the development, construction, and deployment of the e-learning module. Our collaboration with Amsterdam based content partner Argumentenfabriek ensured a cohesive integration between the e-learning and in person training sessions, facilitating a comprehensive learning experience.

For the ORDZ e-learning platform we recently achieved the level AA status according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), underscoring our commitment to enhancing usability and inclusivity. These efforts reflect Elevate’s dedication to delivering robust solutions that empower users and advance accessibility standards in educational technology.

Impact and Progress

To date, more than 1800 participants have enrolled in the e-learning and training program aimed at becoming deregulators within the healthcare sector. This comprehensive program comprises 6 modules, meticulously designed to cater to distinct healthcare sectors: Primary Care, Mental Health Care (GGZ), Long-term Care, Social Domain, District Nursing, and Hospital Care. At Elevate, we are committed to equipping healthcare professionals with specialized knowledge and skills tailored to their specific roles, fostering effective deregulation efforts across diverse healthcare settings.

Future

Our future strategic initiatives for the program entail ongoing refinement of the e-learning platform to stay attuned to the dynamic requirements of the healthcare sector. Our main objective is to engage a wide spectrum of healthcare professionals and empower them as deregulators, fostering their active involvement in streamlining operational complexities. We are committed to expanding participation across healthcare institutions, enabling individuals to effectively mitigate regulatory burdens and cultivate greater workplace satisfaction among peers.
