Instructional Designer
Martine Schaeffers works as an Instructional Designer at Elevate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from Utrecht University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Health Psychology from the University from Amsterdam. Before joining Elevate, she worked as a programme manager, developing training programmes for healthcare professionals. At Elevate she made the switch from offline to online learning in healthcare. Martine is responsible for the design, development and moderation of online courses aimed at empowering healthcare professionals globally.
Besides building e-learnings, she likes to build DIY projects, goes out camping in her campervan, or is sailing to different harbours.
