You manage all common types of projects within Elevate. You get energy from switching between projects and different clients and consortium partners. You ensure that all parties involved deliver at the right time. You coach the team of internal and external experts to be their best selves, while staying within the project frameworks at the same time. You work systematically, but you have an eye for the situation. You value creativity and are open to good ideas and feedback.
